World War II U.S. Army “Ike” Uniform

This is a World War II U.S. Army Uniform. This Ike uniform is a size 36R and has the word “Borba” or “Barba” written in red ink in the inside of the jacket. The uniform has four service stripes on either arm along with Technician 4th-Grade patches also present. The patch on the right shoulder is a “US Army 4th Armored Division” patch and the one on the left shoulder is an “ADSEC” patch. The label pins are present along with a Ruptured Duck patch, but the pin on the left label is a later model. A small cardboard box holding a pair of good conduct bars, the ribbon to the medal, a lapel pin, and a brass officer’s bar. A mechanic’s badge and a rifle sharpshooter badge are also included. The back of the mechanic’s badge has the phrase “Jack Borba, 4/15/44,” most likely when this medal was earned. A small club card is included as well.
