This is a World War II U.S. Army Saddle Bag. This bag is in good condition with all of the original components save for the strap which would have held it to another bag slung opposite. The bag is well-worn and has a handful of markings present from use. The internal lighter-colored pouch is present as well, and the “US” marking stands out prominently on the front of the cover.
