World War II German Expert Rifle Marksmanship Cord

This is a World War II era German Expert Rifle Marksmanship cord. This cord is in excellent condition, and both the length of cord and the badge show few signs of their age. The Cord appears to be a Class III judging by the gold emblem, and the image of the German Eagle seated atop a swastika shows plainly on the badge’s face.
