This is a set of four World War I U.S. Army Dog Tags. These dog tags appeared to have belonged to a “Marshall F. Lummis,” but two of the dog tags have differing information about which unit he served in compared to the others. On one tag, he is listed as “1 St., M.R.C., 161 Inf.” while on the others he is marked as “1.St. Lt., M. R. C., 163 St. F. H.” One of the tags is badly damaged and some portions of the tag has become unreadable, but overall they are in very good shape.
