World War II U.S.M.C. Visor Cap

This is a World War II era U.S.M.C. visor cap. This is a roughly size 7 – 1/8 sized hat with the original sweat shield still inside. A portion of the visor cap’s liner has become detached from the hat itself, and at some point the back portion of the liner was “repaired” in the form of a staple being inserted at the damaged point.
