World War II era U.S. Army Air Corps Enlarged Flyer’s Cap. This cap is in near mint condition with a slight modification made at the cap’s rear. The original owner had enlarged it with several pieces of fabric in a manner that makes it seem as if it was issued with it. The original leather chinstrap remains pliable and the sheepskin / wool portions are still soft.
