World War II era German Bread Plate

This is a World War II era German Bread Plate. This wooden plate is in good condition with few signs of wear aside from a subtle crack in the wood which runs down the back-center. The plate displays the imagery of a pair of pieces of wheat, as well as the phrase, “Gruss Aus Der Heimat”, or “Greetings from the Homeland.”
