World War I Mill’s Cartridge Belt

$90.00

This is a World War I era Mill’s Cartridge belt. The cartridge belt has 10 pouches on it for holding cartridges and stripper clips with rounds attached. The belt is stamped “JUNE 1918” on the back above the Mill’s logo (a bullet with the word “MILLS” tamped in the middle). One side of the brass adjuster tabs is stamped “MADE BY/MILLS WOVEN CARTRIDGE BELT CO./WORCESTER, MASS.” while the other side is marked with the Mill’s bullet logo and the words “MADE UNDER/MILLS PATENT.” The belt has very little staining or other wear marks and only a tiny amount of wear and rust on the adjuster tabs themselves.
