World War I era Portrait of U.S. Soldier

This is a World War I era portrait of a U.S. Army soldier. This portrait depicts a young man wearing period attire and he appears to be about 19 years of age. The base of the soldier’s image shows a pair of flags with the marking, “UFCO, U.S.A.” The back of the image is in good condition, although some stains of staining and wear along the wood can be seen.
