World War I Collin’s Bolo Machete
This is a World War I Collin’s Bolo Machete. This blade is made from heavy steel, is roughly 15 inches in length, and features wood grips secured with four brass rivets. The blade surface is good condition, showing typical age staining for its age and some pitting. There is a faint “COLLINS” markings, along with the model number 1005, on the reverse side of the blade. The edge of the blade appears to have been sharpened a significant amount of times while it was being used. The scabbard and belt loop are in good condition as well, but there are scuff marks down its length.
