Vietnam War U.S. Army Chest Rig

This is a Vietnam War U.S. Army chest rig. On this rig are a pouch containing sealed muslin bandages, a canteen in a canteen pouch, and an entrenching tool contained in its original pouch. There is some mark of sorts printed on the back of one of the shoulder straps, but the words aren’t readable. Additionally, the canteen pouch is marked “COVER WATER CANTEEN, DS, 100-14774, 8466-577-4928, 02.” Overall, this pouch is in fantastic condition with only the slightest signs of wear present on some of the pouches.
