19th Century Folk Art: Carved Dog Head Walking Stick
This is a 19th century piece of folk art that is a carved dog-head with glass eyes atop a walking stick. This stick is approximately 30 to 31 inches in length. The of the stick clearly shows the face of a dog (appearing to be reminiscent of a Greyhound’s head) and features a pair of small glass eyes as well. The base of the stick is well-worn from use and age.
