World War II 9th Air Force Uniform


This is a World War II U.S. 9th Air Force Uniform. This uniform is in very good condition and comes with the jacket, dress pants, dress shirt, and a pair of dog tags. The jacket has a series of award bars, a presidential unit citation badge, a pair of mechanic’s medals on either lapel, and there is a small bronze star present on the left-most award. Additionally, there is a pair of parches on the shirt and jacket which show two years of service and that this individual was a sergeant. The dog tags have the name of “Walter B. Carlson” and the number of “36722511 , T4344A.” The pants appear to be a size 30 or 31 with the length being roughly the same.
