Lot of Pre-World War II U.S Army and ROTC Items

This is a lot of Pre-World War II U.S. Army and ROTC items. This lot includes a hat, a trio of books, and a small box of buttons and ROTC / “Civilian” medals and badges (NRA related). This lot belonged to a “H. Theodore O’Neil” whose name and information can be found within the cover of each of the books. The hat is well-worn and has some damage to the internal rim and chinstrap as well as moth holes, but is in otherwise good condition.
